FRIME AT SEAFOOD EXPO GLOBAL 2024

On April 23, 24 and 25, the Seafood Expo Global 2024 took place in Barcelona, the 30th edition of the world’s most important seafood fair, which closed with the largest edition in the history of the event. It had a record 2,244 exhibiting companies from 87 countries around the world.

FRIME was once again present at stand 3A201, exhibiting its wide range of yellowfin tuna products, both for the Horeca channel and its retail brand Koldfin. The latter, carefully selected, offers healthy options designed to satisfy the most demanding palates.

During the Fair, the company presented its new “Ready to Eat” line, consisting of Tuna Tartar and Tuna Carpaccio, available in frozen professional formats and under the prestigious Koldfin brand, both refrigerated and frozen. Designed with consumer convenience in mind, these products offer a quick and delicious solution for those seeking a high quality culinary experience.

During the three-day trade show, attendees had the opportunity to sample these new products. A team of chefs presented a variety of recipes that delighted the palate of all those present, demonstrating the versatility and culinary potential of FRIME’s new “Ready to Eat” products.

The presentation of this line means the launching of the first and only tuna, not smoked, suitable for raw consumption with maximum guarantee in Food Safety.
