FRIME, COMMITTED TO YOUNG ENGINEERS

In December 2022, the UPC ESEIAAT graduation gala was held at the “Passeig del 22 de Julio” exhibition centre, where up to 2,500 people gathered. The event brought together the highest representatives of the Eseiaat, institutions and companies, including Frime. The event was presided over by the rector of the UPC, Daniel Crespo; the director of the Eseiaat, Xavier Roca; the mayor of Terrassa, Jordi Ballart, and the patron of the school year, the researcher Clara Prats.

Our president, Salvador Ramon, awarded the prize for the best dossier in the University Master’s in Organisational Engineering to the graduate David Portella, one of the 1,035 engineers who graduated in the year.

FRIME is proud of its commitment to the University, which represents a real asset for the economic development of Catalonia and the rest of the country. We wish these young engineers, who will be promoting innovation and research alongside companies in various industrial sectors, a long and successful career full of opportunities.  

About ESEIAAT: 

The School of Industrial, Aerospace and Audiovisual Engineering is a public university of higher education and research of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) on the Terrassa campus.

ESEIAAT was born on 24 November 2015 from the alliance of two century-old schools; the Higher Technical School of Industrial and Aeronautical Engineering of Terrassa (ETSEIAT) and the Higher Technical School of Engineering of Terrassa (EET).

The ESEIAAT evolves year after year thanks to the support of the territory and the environment. The institute is strongly rooted in the city of Terrassa and has close relations with the business sector. Students have the opportunity to learn while working thanks to the university-business educational cooperation programme and the range of activities that promote professional integration.

Its main objective is to train a new generation with leadership and innovation capacity in the multidisciplinary fields of engineering.
